Lana focuses on U.S. business immigration law, including E-2, H-1B, L-1, O-1, EB-1, EB-2, EB-3 and EB-5 visas, as well as G-4 visas for employees of international organization. She provides legal services for various nonimmigrant and immigrant matters, including employment-based and family-based immigrant petitions, consular processing, naturalization, and asylum. She handles responses to complex USCIS Requests for Evidence issued for nonimmigrant and immigrant visas on behalf of multinational clients in multinational financial services, technology, management consulting, and pharmaceutical industries. She also assists clients in the PERM recruitment and the labor certification process. She is experienced in representing clients before USCIS adjudicating Officers and Immigration Court.
