Megan assists corporate and individual clients in obtaining immigrant and nonimmigrant visas and advises on nationality issues. Providing hands-on management of visa programs, Megan develops an understanding of her clients’ long-term business goals and develops practical solutions for the successful transfer of key executives.

She assists clients in managing their employment-based nonimmigrant and immigrant visa programs including:

• Filing H1-Bs, L-1s, TNs, E-3s, H-3 training visas and O-1 visa petitions
• Managing PERM labor certifications, I-140 petitions and I-485 Adjustment of Status
• Advising senior executives and business unit heads on re-entry permit applications, maintenance of permanent resident status during overseas assignments and naturalization
• Worksite compliance oversight including, Form I-9 and E-Verify matters
