His experience includes:
- Qualified plans including pension, profit sharing, 401(k), Keough and ESOPs
- Nonqualified deferred compensation plans including 409A
- Executive compensation and welfare plans
- Counseling on ERISA fiduciary matters
- Advising trustees, plan fiduciaries, committees and participants on plan funding and reporting matters
- Representing clients before the Internal Revenue Service, Department of Labor and Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation
- Advising both purchasers and sellers on benefits issues during corporate mergers and acquisitions
