Amy assists corporate and individual clients in obtaining immigrant and nonimmigrant visas based upon employment or a familial relationship. She provides guidance on nationality issues including the acquisition and retention of United States lawful permanent residency and citizenship.
Working with companies in the luxury goods, financial services and insurance sectors, Amy manages large-scale immigration programs. As lead U.S. immigration counsel for global companies, she assists in ongoing immigration services including employment-based nonimmigrant visa petitions and PERM/green card processing. She facilitates hires and transfers and establishes institutional compliance best practices. With an understanding of her clients’ corporate business strategies, Amy advises on immigration matters during corporate changes including acquisitions, mergers and dissolutions.
