Arielle practices U.S. immigration and nationality law, concentrating in employment-based immigration. She assists corporate clients and executives in obtaining non-immigrant and immigrant visas across the financial services, technology, start-up, and performing arts industries. Arielle helps clients navigate evolving corporate immigration laws and policies, and prepares both immigrant and non-immigrant employment-based visa petitions. As a Canadian citizen, Arielle offers clients the unique perspective of having been the foreign national herself. She is uniquely specialized in preparing Canadian foreign nationals for port of entry applications and has a client-focused approach in each of her matters.
