Beth manages brand portfolios for U.S. and international clients seeking U.S. trademark registration protection.  Beth’s practice includes domestic trademark clearance, maintenance and prosecution before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board.  She also represents clients in federal litigation regarding copyright infringement, trademark infringement, anticounterfeiting and unfair competition.
