Jennifer practices U.S. immigration and nationality law, with a focus on U.S. employment-based immigration matters. She provides guidance on PERM labor certification permanent residence applications, nonimmigrant visas (e.g., H-1B, L-1, TN, E-3), immigrant visa petitions, and adjustment of status applications. Jennifer has worked with corporate clients of varying sizes in a broad range of industries including financial services, life sciences, technology, and engineering. Jennifer’s work also includes advising on compliance with immigration laws, Department of Labor regulations, and U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services policies.
